Proper nutritions is what we need

Nutrition and health are not totally the same, but w/o good nutrition, health cannot be at its best.
Nutrition is considered the most important factors affecting one's health, growth and development. Proper nutrition can only be achieve through balance diet w/ refers to the right kinds and amount of foods. And it is also can help us to maintain our good health or wellness.There are many proper ways of maintaining our good health like, eating nutritious food, avoid eating junk foods, drinking water, eat balance diet to provides the body w/ the right amount of needed nutrient to keep it strong and healthy. And we can also do some activities to maintain our good health like exercise and etc. In our daily life there's a lot of of problems this are what we call the Lifestyle Diseases. This disease can also kill us if we cannot protect our good health.
Proper nutrition should be realized, so that our good nutrition, health, happiness, efficiency and long life be attained.
